SUNDAYS

We would love to welcome you to one of our services at Holy Trinity Wandsworth.

9AM

TRADITIONAL SERVICE

For the traditionalists, contemplatives and liturgists amongst us, this is a liturgical service led from the Book of Common prayer, featuring more traditional music and sung worship led by an organ or piano.

10.30AM

CONTEMPORARY SERVICE

Our 10.30 gathering is a contemporary worship service for people of all ages and stages with music, prayer, Bible readings and a sermon.

WHAT'S ON FOR KIDS?

At the 10.30 service, we have Kids Church for children aged 3 to 11 as well as an unmanned creche, where you can listen to the live service.

To find out more about our kids programme, midweek activities and other events, click here.

  • Who is looking after the children?
All our volunteers are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding. We also have a dedicated First Aider on site at all times.
  • What age group is the Holiday Club for?
Our Holiday Club is designed for children aged 5 to 11 (Reception to Year 6). Please note that we take children from their September 2025 school year. We have a Teen Team for young people in secondary school (Year 7 and up). It’s completely free and gives them the opportunity to help lead activities with the younger children and take part in their own small group sessions, games, and activities.
  • Can I register on the day?
Please register your child(ren) in advance as places are limited. You can register online at the link below!
  • My child has additional needs – can they attend?
Absolutely. Please contact us in advance to discuss how we can best support your child and make the club a great experience for them. Please email laura@wandsworth.church with any questions.
  • What if the cost is too much for our family?
We never want cost to be a barrier to any child attending. If the fee is difficult for your family, please get in touch - we’re happy to help and can offer support where needed. Just drop us an email at laura@wandsworth.church. Everyone is welcome!
  • What will the children be doing?
Our programme is full of fun, energy, and age appropriate activities! Each day includes games, crafts, Bible stories, small group time, and snacks. Children take part in three activity rotations daily, with a mix of things like sports, baking, creative crafts, and more. It’s a lively, engaging environment where kids can make new friends and try new things.
  • Do I need to stay with my child?
No, this is a drop-off programme. Our team of trained volunteers will take care of the children during the session. Parents are welcome to join us at the end-of-week celebration and barbecue (more details to come!).
  • Where is it held?
The Holiday Club takes place at Holy Trinity Wandsworth, SW19 6RJ. There will be clear signage and friendly volunteers to guide you when you arrive.
  • Is this just for church families?
Not at all! Everyone is welcome, whether you attend church regularly or have never been before. The club is open to the whole community.
  • LEGACY
If you are considering making a bequest to Holy Trinity or have already included a gift to Holy Trinity in your will and would like to talk to somebody or require more information, then please feel free to contact us through at office@wandsworth.church or 020 8788 4606. • Do I have to be a Christian to come?
No, you don’t! Everyone is welcome to join, no matter what you believe. While we will be discussing Christian topics and the Bible, we encourage open conversations where you can ask questions, share your thoughts, and explore faith at your own pace. Whether you're curious, searching, or just want to hang out, we'd love to have you!
  • What activities will we be doing?
We have a variety of activities to enjoy! You can play table tennis, pool, and badminton, as well as card games and other group games. Along with these, there will be time for discussions, hanging out, and getting to know each other. There’s something for everyone, so come and have fun!
  • New to Youth?
Everyone is welcome to join us for Youth on Sundays. Feel free to come along and bring your friends! If you are a parent/carer, please fill in the form below so we can best serve your young people and keep them safe.
  • Safeguarding
Our Youth Leaders are fully DBS checked and safeguarding trained to keep your teenagers as safe as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please refer to the church safeguarding policy which can be found here:
  • Additional Needs
We aim to create a space where every young person can thrive. As part of this we endeavour to provide as much support as we can for young people with additional needs. If you’re a parent or carer of a young person with additional needs, please email jeremy@wandsworth.church so we can work with you to best support them.
  • What should I expect for my child during Sunday services?
Start of Service At the start of the service, children remain in the main church for the first couple of worship songs. One of these is usually an all-age action song. Children are invited to come to the stage or stand at the front of the church to join in. Going to Groups The service leader will make a notice when it is time for children to leave for their groups: Parents are asked to escort children aged 2 to 6 years to the upstairs hall for check-in and to help them settle. Older children can make their way upstairs on their own, where our kids’ team will welcome them. Parents are also welcome to accompany older children if they prefer After the Service When the sermon concludes, an announcement will be made for parents to collect their children. Please head directly to your child(ren)’s group room with your sticker to pick them up. During communion services, children will rejoin earlier so they can participate in communion with the whole church. At Home Why not ask your child what they learned in their group that day? Continuing the conversation at home is a great way to disciple them and grow together spiritually.
  • Are the groups suitable for my child with additional needs?
We want to provide an environment where every child can encounter Jesus and explore faith, whatever their needs. Please get in touch with our Kids Worker, Laura, if you need more information. We would love to meet you and your kids, and make sure they get the best support.
  • When is communion?
We share communion once a month on the third Sunday of the month in both services. Gluten free bread and non-alcoholic wine are available.
  • Is there parking?
There are a number of parking spaces on site, with designated parking for those with disabilities. There are also plenty of parking on local streets, much of which is free on a Sunday.
  • What happens during the service?
Our services usually include a time of sung worship together, some teaching on the Bible, and a time for people to receive prayer. It's a relaxed environment (no dress code!), and you're welcome to come as you are.
